    Comments by customer This is the 2nd time I have engaged Michael Lim to sell landed properties for me. My first sale experience with him was great but early last year, when I need to sell this 2nd landed property, I was attracted by the fresh idea of another prominent agency which specialize in online video selling of landed properties so I went ahead to engage them without discussing with Michael. I must agree that their video marketing idea was attractive and I gave them 6 months exclusive to market my property and even though I did have many viewers for my property, I didnt receive any offer for my unit. After 6 months of selling, I decided to reach out to Michael Lim from Propnex to meet up and discuss further. This time round, I decided to give Michael 6 months exclusive to sell my unit and he promised he will try his best to sell it fast. After 2 weeks of marketing, we had 2 viewings and 2 offers and the final offer was way above my expected selling price and I am glad to have engaged Michael Lim as the entire sales process was very smooth.
