Both of them worked seamlessly as a team, helping us to assess sincere buyers and arranged for viewings efficiently. As it was our first time selling, they guided us through each step carefully and patiently answered all our questions throughout. We managed to sell fairly quickly and at the price we were happy with. On the house purchase side, Gideon and Christina helped us to work out our budget and went through potential listings with us, advising us on the pros and cons of each development. The first meet up appointment actually was just scheduled with the see see look look feeling, but the experience and professionalism that Christina posted touch me. She is so details and patients going through all the questions and worries we had through the journey. Guess what, with CandG helps, we sold our flat upgraded to condo within our comfortable budget just within 2 weeks time from posting. Kudos and thanks to Christina and Gideon. She also sold my property at my target price which my previous agent had told me was impossible and advised me to lower my price expectations.
