Comments by customer I signed exclusive with another agent, who couldnt secure any tenant for 3 months. I live very close to town, and priced my room below market, so that was really puzzling for a rental market scenario. I chanced upon Jadelyns ad, and was impressed by the quality of the home photos that she took herself. So we met up to discuss the option of selling my home instead. She was the only agent among 4 others, who was concerned about where I would live after the sale. Even when I offered her exclusivity, she declined, saying Id have more options if I werent bound to her. She then proceeded to photograph and videoed my home professionally, for free! I had to insist on paying her! She really cared for me like her very own family. I eventually got consent from my exclusive agent to allow Jadelyns help with my rental. Within a day, she had advertised broadly using her own script, pics and videos. Within another, she found me the IDEAL clients for my room who even pressed us for 2-year contract! And within one more day, ALL the paper work were concluded! That only took her a total of THREE days!! And guess what? She felt sorry that I have to pay 2 agents, and offered her services for free. I wouldnt allow that (neither should you)! I wholeheartedly salute this woman. Shes genuinely selfless and sincere, not to mention, extremely capable and trustworthy -- a rare breed in this world.
