    Comments by customer Ssharon Loh is by far the most responsible and patient agent who arranged many units for us to view at Midview city. We decided on a unit without hesitation after viewing for the entire morning. She has helped us secure a unit n put our interest in negotiation with the landlord??s agent from ERA who is known as the so called Crap specialist. She is a china agent from ERA Jane Liu who takes sides with her own LL and wants us as tenant to accept the unreasonable defect unit and rectification to be made at tenants own cost. What a crap ERA agent. Lucky Ssharon Loh has helped us to remedify the unpleasant situation with the nasty ERA agent and got us into a fair situation. I m glad I engaged her help as my agent to assist me. I will trust PropNex more than other agencies

I respect this lady for her humble and patience manner to deal with such cumbersome tenants. She is a wonderful agent who manages my properties well for past 3 years

She has shown her competency and knowledgeable skills in dealing with SG most difficult agencies-URA and MOM. Throughout my 20 yrs of leasing experiences with many agents, she is by far the most capable and humble agent whom I can totally entrust. She did her best and settled my shophouses issues with the relevant Govt agencies and updates me promptly. I am very impressed with her job scope and ways of getting things to be done efficiently.
