Suma is always very honest with us, and makes sure we consider all aspects of a unit before we lease or purchase. Additionally, Suma is very good at negotiating with the counterparty agent. She makes sure to read over all the fine print of a contract, and will highlight any circumstances that look unusual or not market practice. We really enjoy working with Suma and will continue to use her for our future real estate needs!
