Rachel is able to pre-empt any potential problems and issues that may arise in the transaction. Friendly and warm , she makes a wonderful agent who attends to the needs of her clients well. Unfazed with any hiccups in a transaction, Rachel always stays calm and composed. She works very well with her partner, Tracey, in managing the transaction. Their followup service is also superb as they would always go an extra mile to meet the needs and requests of their clients. We??ve met several agents prior to Rachel but none were as responsive and responsible than her!! She is also knowledgeable in her work and most importantly has helped us achieve the price we wanted for the sale of our house. We are now working on buying our dream house but unlike other agents we??ve met previously, she doesn??t chase us to make a decision quickly so as to close a deal.
