Gone the extra mileComments by customer I??ve known Ashlyn since 2013 from both the renter and buyer side. She is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Ashlyn is very professional, and faithful to her commitments, and she is always prepared for all communications. When I moved overseas and entrusted my rental to her, she proactively managed my unit for me based on the rental timeline. I have so many examples of how she delivered above and beyond expectations. She once helped me arrange renovations for my badly affected unit remotely while I was overseas, and I was able to rent it out at the right time. On another occasion, she even arranged over 20 potential tenants to come at roughly the same time, enabling me to get premium market rental rates for my unit significantly above the previous years?? rate, and she also recommended the best tenant profile for me. When it came time to selling my unit, the conveyancing process was extremely smooth and relaxed. She also has very insightful views with regard to the real estate market, and is a very fair and balanced person to work with. I feel very blessed to have known her and engage her services in managing my real estate affairs. -

Over the 2 years as we engage with her on and off, she was very patient and responsive throughout. Despite the long journey (2 yrs) with us as changes in family members health condition and our wedding preparation slow down the house hunting process. Ashlyn was patient and very responsive throughout the process. When theres pauses inbetween our house hunting, ashlyn was very patient and helpful in reminding us about the process and shes proactive in helping us to find a place that suit our changing family dynamics. Even when we finally decided to go with a resale hdb due to our growing family, she remain friendly and proactive in her services. A truly professional agent that one can hope to find.

I am thankful for her professionalism and efficiency in the entire process from buying, renting and selling of my unit - hassle free, fast and the best deal ! This is not possible if not for the extra effort/time Ashlyn has put in eg. tidying the unit to make the video to facilitate viewing. Ever since I got to know her through my first transaction, I never have had to look for an agent for all my housing needs - be it rental, purchase or sale. She has done such a wonderful job with much care. In the most recent sale of my hdb flat, she found a buyer to my satifaction within a week! Ashlyn is very responsible and professional in handling the tenancy and will go all out to ensure my interests are well taken care for. She has been very detail in sharing property advice, experience and expertise. She will go the extra mile to arrange vendors to help to do up the place, and even decorate the place to make it more marketable!
