We wanted to find someone that has good track records, and currently selling in our district.聽 We saw that Vincent is a Associate District Director who won a lot of awards and in addition to selling and buying properties also conduct regular classes for other property agents.聽 We found out through reading reviews and past sales records of the property agents etc. that Vincent and Melissa are very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and committed.聽 Thus we decided to engage Vincent and Melissa.聽 The first meeting was a great experience.聽 They were very efficient and sincere. Thus, we entrusted Vincent and Melissa with exclusivity.聽 They also taught us how to sell our condo by sharing some useful tips.聽 Our property was sold within a few weeks at the price we wanted.
