Her professionalism, exceptional service and commitment impress me. She is dependable, resourceful, knowledgeable and efficient, a real gem to landlord and give me peace of mind. She knows my requirements , get me the best rental rate for my properties and good tenants. She attends to the tenant ask and needs, only involve me when there is real need. During tenant exit and handover she will ensure it is done to my satisfactory level , manage difficult tenant at times with my minimum involvement. I can trust her without doubt and worry. She will provide suggestions and options, pro and cons for decision making. I strongly recommend her if you are looking for a housing agent.

During our first meet-up, she explained the procedures/government rules regarding the sale/purchase of properties, and answered our questions patiently without pressurizing us to engage her as our agent. We are glad that we have engaged her to sell our property, as well as to purchase a new home. Michelle is responsible, responsive and contactable even in the wee hours. She is astute in managing the sale of our flat and helped us close the deal within our expected sale price during this period of economic uncertainty.
