In the end, he managed to negotiate a good purchase price for us which was quite a reduction from the selling price, we truly appreciate it. But what stood out for me was that even from the beginning, he had made the necessary calculations and always advised us to stick to our budget instead of pressuring us to go for higher priced homes. In short, Mr Ridhuan is a consummate professional and his experience speaks for itself.
