Despite all the above odds, we have a smooth and happy transition and transaction. Sherin is a very patience, friendly and easy-going lady. She is very pro-active and prompt in following up with every buyer/agent after the viewing and updated us promptly on the response and progress of the selling process. As we have few uncertainties such as collection of our bto keys, application for extension of stays and TLS, Sherin has assisted us in every way, even beyond her scope of duty, to provide us with additional information and sources, liaise and follow up very closely with the relevant authorities to ensure we have smooth transition.
