    Comments by customer Im fortunate to have kerin to do my apartment rental. She is professional and detailed. Sincere and helpful to my despair. My apartment flooring was damaged due to seepage and poor maintenance works by the condo. Yet Kerin aid and helped me out in finding the right repair man and modify my unit that would eventually attract new tenants. Her foresight and looking after customers n tenants interest were indeed commendable. She make it transaction seamless and easy for both parties. Im so happy to have Kerin as my property agent.
