    Comments by customer Stella was excellent. In particular, she was patient and never pushy, thorough and detailed, and extremely professional. Her patience was reflected in how she never pushed me to purchase something beyond my budget and considerations, and only waited for the right opportunities. Once we landed on a potential purchase, she was tirelessly thorough and patience, spending hours over the phone, texts, and even late-evening home meetings to explain and guide me through the process. Finally, she and her team were professional through and through, and we never experienced a hiccup or mistake throughout the process.

In every negotiation, Stella diligently protects our best interests.     Comments by customer When anyone I know thought they didnt need an agent to help buy or sell their property, I would often advise against it. One of the biggest reasons I would advise against it is because we met Stella, a diligent and resourceful property agent who has helped us with our property needs for more than 10 years. From renting out our property to buying a new one, shes always been there at every step of the process to advise, guide, and manage. Whether its property investment or encountering problems with the sale of our property, Stella can always find solutions that we are happy with. Now, back to why do you need a property agent? I dont have the time to arrange 10 viewings a day when Im selling. I also dont have the ability to stage my house and take professional photos. I certainly dont have the knowledge to be able to sell my property above market value or buy our property lower than the market value. (Consider adding significantly after above and lower for emphasis, but its optional) One of the biggest helps from Stella, which I really appreciate, is her skillful management of the sales and purchase of our property at the same time. This ensured that we wouldnt incur additional buyers stamp duty and gave us more than 2 months to renovate our new place without moving to a rental property. Thanks to Stella, it has been a wonderful and exciting journey and not a stressful or messy one.

She was very thorough and detailed in screening potential tenants to ensure the deal meets both parties?? needs. As my apartment required some touch-ups prior to handover, Stella went the extra mile to source reliable contractors and supervised their work, even arranging replacement of light bulb to preempt issues.
