Gone the extra mileComments by customer My wife and I started looking to purchase a property in Singapore sometime in 2022. As foreigners living in the US, we do not have any idea how to proceed. We started searching on YouTube for potential agent. we found out there is one agent ?? ??Jen Tan Property? really stand out on YouTube videos. Unlike many other YouTube video where most of the agent looks and sounds like ??used car salesperson?? Jen Tan looks very sincere and her presentation in YouTube was very professional, analytical and right to the point. Therefore, we decided to give her a try. During the whole property search process, Jen tries to explain each property??s pros and Cons without bias. Within weeks, we found the exact property that meets our purchase criteria. Since we are foreign buyers, not all banks in Singapore will provide housing loan to foreigner who does not live and work in Singapore. Jen was able to provide us couple of bankers and lawyers that she worked before that can loan to foreigner and handle the legal process. I can reach Jen any time of the week, including weekends and she will respond to me promptly and answer all my questions and request, even thou I am living in the US with time zone differences. I highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase a property in Singapore, especially foreigner who does not know how to start the property purchase process, to contact Jen Tan. Also watch her YouTube video, which my wife and I find it very educational, informative, and entertaining.
