Ron is very details person, from our first meet, we feel comfortable and he has explained / drawed out the whole process of buying and selling a house in details. As we have specific door / house facing requirement, we have selected more than 80 units house listing, Ron helped to check the floor and door facing that we interested before we decide whether to proceed further for viewing. He also brings us to view almost 20 units with patience just to make sure we find our dream house. We are happy finally we found the unit and Ron help to negotiate and get the price which slightly lower than what we expected. As for the selling part, a professional photos and video was prepared and advertised, a professional house viewing was planned and organized well which can save a lot of our time and not let our house feel like an open house everyday, we are keep in update for all the offer and he make sure best deal possible for us.
