Comments by customer After selling my four-room HDB flat and my criteria was to get a big flat (EA) and also within the price that I sold my four-room HDB flat, Ms Hasinah went straight into shortlisting units that fit my criteria. In addition, I wanted to get a flat near my sons place at Bukit Panjang where prices in this area were actually rising exponentially. So I was worried that I was not able to secure a flat that fit my criteria but Ms Hasinah was always giving me assurance that I will be able to get a flat with my requirements. After viewing flat after flat and expert negotiation by Ms Hasinah with the sellers, I was able to secure an EA which was close to my sons house and to my budget.
