    Comments by customer Michelle isnt just a agent,she became family.We first got in touch with her via a friend who had worked with her to find their home.Inspired,we reached out to her in Feb23 with the hope of finding our home.Michelle journeyed with us patiently,driving us to view various units in the SouthCentral region.Despite all our efforts,nothing seemed to work out.Eventually,we decided to stop our search for a resale flatandfocus on applying for a BTO instead.Even then,Michelle didn??t walk away.She continued guiding us through the BTO process,checking in on us,advising us on the steps to takeandeven encouraging us to researchandbetter understand our options.Although we weren??t officially working with Michelle anymore,she still checked in regularly.It became clear,her goal wasn??t about profit/commission,she genuinely wanted to help us put a roof over our heads.Michelle always went the extra mile.That was no longer just an agent-client relationship,it was something much more meaningful.Then on Jan25,I texted her:??Hi Sis,thinking about a resale flat,?漺ithout hesitation,she replied,??Let??s meet.?漌e reconnected,opened our search to Jurong area.Michelle was right there with us,planning viewings,helping us work through the budgetandoften picking us upanddropping us off at home.Finally,in May25,we collected keys to our dream home.We??re so grateful to Michelle,not only for her professionalismandcommitment,but for the kindness,patienceandgenuine care she showed every step of the way.She??s more than just an agent
