However, Jason was patient in understanding our situations, worked with his team/colleagues to share with us on the important timelines as well as track our budget so that we are aware of the needful before we sell our unit. He also provided professional service through connecting with videographers on constructing the 3-D layout of our unit. Jason demonstrated industry expertise where he would share his knowledge of appropriate upper limits to the potential housing value of our unit and how to derive that. In line with our desired property value, Jason managed to negotiate a record price for our unit, based on the past known transactions of our block and that particular stack. The followup service was also great as he mediated between the buyer and us, especially when the buyer had certain request for layouts and query the items at the common corridor which did not belong to us.
