A very friendly and jovial person which are very important traits for a property agent. 3. Constantly updating on whether there will be any buyers or not, coming for viewing. This gave a very good assurance especially for me as seller. 3. Going all out to meet my expectations for the right price to sell. 4.     Comments by customer We would to commend about our property agent, Ms June. After successfully handling the sale of our existing flat, she concurrently searched for our next potential home as per our requirements. We mainly wanted to buy a resale flat, which was closer to our in-laws place and had good transport services and amenities. Ms June went the extra mile to find suitable house to meet our requirements. After 2-3 house viewing, we almost gave up hope. Nevertheless, a potential property came up in the listing and we jumped in right away. Ms June, carefully helped us to assess the property and advised us if it was good to invest on a long-term. She arranged for a quick viewing the weekend itself. We were overwhelmed to know that there were many buyers eyeing the property, and we really like the house. It was our dream home in every way. She displays high compassion towards the challenges of others.聽 She has good EQ skills and communicates effectively in order to be able to assist her clients聽 effectively.聽 She is a good listener and we felt supported in while facing our challenges during the selling and buying of our house. My father suffered a stroke in the midst of the selling and buying process. This also resulted in legal implications.June demonstrated good problem solving ability , good attention to detail,聽 being self motivated and going the extra聽 mile for her clients.     Comments by customer I would like to give compliments to June for assisting to sell my father's HDB within one month from the day I approached her for help. She was very professional and patient. She was able to help negotiate for a better price with the buyers and I appreciate her effort. June has also gave advice to my husband and myself for investing on other private properties. She even go to the extend of bringing us to the show flat when my husband wasn't too kind on the investment. She was very patient in explaining to us the market trend for the private properties and the benefits of owning a 2nd property. We were very satisfied and pleased with her service and her positive attitude. We hope she can close many more deals with her professionalism and we will sure to recommend friends and relatives to her.
