    Comments by customer Ryan is competent and experienced in his work, advising us clearly on the preliminary matters including rules and regulations, fees to be paid and importantly took quality photographs for the advertising portal. He was transparent in his dealings, explaining to us clearly how the flat resale price was derived and advising us on existing market sentiments and sales strategy. Upon advertisement, he efficiently gathered a throng of prospects to view and market our flat during an intensive period of time. And sure enough we were able to part with our flat a couple of weeks later; amicably to a young couple. It matches our goal and that is to release our house to the person(s) who need it most. He followed through with the sales procedure working in tandem with our HDB officer, providing further insights on house inspection, payment of property tax and settling of service and conservancy fees. All in all, we would like to express that even though the entire resale process was painstaking, it turned out to be ??smooth as silk??.     Comments by customer My parents and we met Ryan and his partner, Rae, at a viewing. My reserved parents were so comfortable that they decided to engage Ryan to be their agent for the sale of their flat instead. Ryan immediately arranged to visit my parents at their flat the next day and took some very professional pictures with just his mobile phone. Prior to the meeting, he had already done his homework on the amenities and the environment, which were reflected in the advertisement for the flat. Very efficient and knowledgeable on HDB resale matters, Ryan was also upfront with us on the pros and cons of the flat so that we understood where we stood. Within a few hours after he had put up the advertisement, he informed us that he had already received some enquiries and had arranged for viewings from the 3rd day onwards. By the 4th day, he had closed the deal for us at a price which is still the highest for the block in the past one year. We were so grateful to him. Throughout the sale process, Ryan and Rae worked tirelessly to meet the many demands from us. They showed great empathy and were especially patient and caring towards my elderly parents. Ryan also did up a timeline to help us understand the steps that followed. We were never late in responding to HDB during the sale process, as we could always rely on Ryan to prompt us. Looking back, we are extremely glad to have Ryan and Rae as our agents. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs to sell/ purchase properties.

We are beyond grateful and thankful. We entrusted them for the sale of our flat and he adviced us on POA and patching the complicated process to a smooth one for us. He did his due diligence and it was right to trust him from A to Z. He answered my doubts, queries promptly while we were in European time zone.
