Gone the extra mileComments by customer We are very impressed by Joseph efficiency as he was the 3rd agent that we had approached for the sale of our house. From the 1st agent to Joseph, there was a time duration of 6 months. We could not give Joseph the exclusive as there were already 2 agents before him. Also we were concerned whether will Joseph be another agent who will fail in our expectations. To our surprise, less than 2 weeks upon the engagement, he managed to get not 1 but 3 buyers to view the unit. 2 of the buyers offered prices that were closed to our expectations. Within a month, the deal was clinched. Beside our own unit, we also have another trustee HDB. We had entrusted the unit to our relative to put up for sale. However we were so disappointed with our own relative. Hence we entrusted Joseph to sell the unit. Similarly, the unit was sold within 2 weeks after he took over. Will highly recommend him to all my friends and any sellers who want to close the deal fast!
