    Comments by customer It was not easy to try to rent out during COVID-19 Circuit Breaker period. Despite not being able to source and show tenant for physical visits, Jason worked very hard to help me advertise and contact interested tenants, help them answer their queries and showed them video that I shot. By the time Circuit Breaker moves in Phase 2, the tenants had already moved in to stay, without the need for physical visits. Thanks to Jason for a brilliant job! He was able to address my requirements and tenants?? concerns and manage our expectations. A great agent that I would highly recommend.

    Comments by customer Very professional in his approach and dealings. Sold my apartment through him and bought a unit marketed by him. What I like about his sales approach is that he listens to your requirements and gives his inputs. I think buyers are put at ease because he does not employ aggressive sales pitch. Helpful and extends services beyond sales eg advice on PUB connections, lease back arrangements etc. A genuinely helpful person. Relationship not merely transactional.
