    Comments by customer I encountered Kelvin the first time he helped to rent out my in-laws' HDB flat within a very short time and gotten a good rate too. Since then, when it comes to property-related matters, Kelvin is always my first choice. So when my own HDB flat reached its MOP, I contacted Kelvin again for rental opportunity. As it's my first home, I am extra particular about the tenants. Despite the strict requirements, Kelvin managed to source for good tenants for my house. The tenancy continued smoothly for 5 years with the same tenants. Kelvin also assisted in managing communications between our tenants and us, on repairs and maintenance of the house and appliances. When I was considering upgrading, of course I consulted Kelvin again. He did a financial assessments and analysis for me and my husband. Also provided various options for our consideration. Finally, we decided to take the plunge: sell our flat and upgrade to a landed property. Within a short span of 4 months, we managed to sell our flat and purchased our dream landed property, thanks to Kelvin's efficiency and support. Kelvin's clear, concise and honest advice and his help with our financial assessment provided us the confidence and assurance to move forward with our dream. Without him, we probably are still status quo. Homeowners and potential ones will greatly benefit from Kelvin's years of experience, insights on Singapore's property market and his candid advice!

    Comments by customer This is the 2nd time Kelvin Tan sold my property. The first one was 8 years ago in 2012. I did not come from a well-off family. In fact, I came from a broken family and living in a HDB rental flat at Eunos. As I started working for some years, my father received a letter from HDB that the rental fee would increase as the household income had increased. This prompted me to buy my 1st HDB which was a 4-room sale of balance flat as the monthly mortgage although double of the rental, I could pay with CPF plus I get 2 additional rooms! Finally, my own room! 5 years passed, my HDB mopped. Kelvin shared insights on property upgrading and how the different classes of residential properties formed the fundamentals of property pricing in Singapore. My income grew as well so I decided it was time to take profit and upgrade to a private property. Back in 2007, I never have the thought it was possible to buy a private property. In 2012, Lee Tong sold my 1st HDB in the first viewing at a price above my expectation and above valuation as well! So I was back shopping for property again. Armed with some ?knowledge? property together with valuable analysis from Kelvin, I set my eyes on an Executive Condominium in Tampines. As private property was still out of my reach, EC was the next best choice. Although he was not the agent who closed the purchase of the EC, he still would advise or address any concerns I have. For example, his analysis of the EC was bullish and optimistic because the pricing was attractive, however the EC project was still NOT sold out and show flat was empty for months. Yes, I did have a little doubt but based on affordability, psf pricing, proximity to future MRT and hub it was a no brainer. Fast forward 8 years later, in 2020, my EC has mopped and I engaged Kelvin to market it in Feb 2020. Then CNY came Covid-19, then we had CB and then CCB. There were several viewings however the condition of the house was not ideal. Kelvin arranged professional cleaners to improve the marketability of the house. Soon after offer came, and Kelvin managed to negotiate with the Buyer to a price I am willing to let go. From there I upgraded to another condo in Tanjong Katong neighborhood as a sole owner. I learnt about property, the pricing structure, URA Masterplan, MAS regulations and HDB regulation from him, more than any lectures I been. He helped me achieve a dream I always thought was impossible. Thank you Kelvin Tan Lee Tong.
