    Comments by customer He replied very quickly upon my request to find an agent and was very responsive regarding finding out what we are looking for, what we can afford and then sourcing units that match our criteria. Representing us as buyers, he did a good job in negotiating the price as our budget was limited and his estimation about the valuation was very close and he gave us good advise based on his experience whether we can/should proceed with the buying process. He took excellent care of all necessary paper work, telling us exactly what we need to provide for all kinds of application forms and giving us a good idea on the time line throughout the entire process. Overall, we are very satisfied and in the end we are now happy owners of our new home. Thank you very much.
