    Comments by customer I wish to commend and express my gratitude to Mr Daniel Tan for the excellent efforts when my tenant served notice that he wants to shift out to his newly bought HDB flat. Daniel enthusiastically worked with his network to invite and conduct house inspections. He got me a new tenant to move in, two weeks after the first tenant move out. After the 4 years of rental to the first tenant who has 3 young children, there were several refurbishment and intensive cleaning to be done. Daniel was very attentive, provided invaluable guidance and helped negotiated the issues with professionalism. With his in-depth knowledge of handling properties, he helped me source for replacement furniture, deal with spalling concrete and plumbling services. If not for his dedicated and reliable service, I can??t imagine how I could have completed that much of task within this short span of 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend Daniel Tan to property owners.
