He went above and beyond ?? not just taking photos, but personally helping to stage my 3-room flat to bring out its best features for photos and video marketing. Despite the challenge of ethnic quota restrictions, he successfully sold my unit within a month at my expected price. On top of that, he negotiated a 3-month extension stay for me, which was a huge help as it allowed me to transition smoothly into my new BTO without the hassle of shifting twice. His professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommended!

He patiently attended to our many needs and ensured we were always updated with prompt responses from the owner. His unwavering positive attitude and ??can-do? spirit gave us the confidence to entrust him with renting out our own unit. Despite the challenges of a quiet rental market, Alvin went above and beyond, leveraging various channels to market our unit. There were multiple viewings, and at times, it felt disheartening to see how difficult it was to secure a tenant. Yet, Alvin never wavered in his determination, nor did he pressure us to lower our rental expectations. True to his word, he found us the right tenant who offered our expected rate. When the time came for the handover, we were on holiday and faced a tight timeline. Alvin took the initiative to clear out the remaining items in our unit and packed everything up just two days before the tenant moved in. This was no small feat, given the amount of work involved, and we are incredibly grateful for his commitment. Despite his own busy schedule, Alvin ensured a seamless handover with utmost care and professionalism. Alvin??s transparency and integrity stood out throughout the process. Even for seemingly straightforward decisions, he always sought our approval, showing his respect for our preferences and trust. Thank you Alvin!
