After renting our apartment out for just a few months, we encountered a bad leakage problem and it took sometime for us to look into the best contractor, find the source of the leakage with our good old neighbour who used to be in the building industry and deciding the best contractor to engage. Unexpectedly, the condo management changed regulation that required us to submit application and a waiting time of one week before they allowed us to start work, thereby incurring more time delay while the water was leaking into more places did not help the situation. Naturally, our tenants were very frustrated, hence the spouse complained non-stop every hour and every day for a period of time. She was able to handle her professionally and was cool and calm when she told us of the situation while we were also stressed out from the feedback. Overall, we are happy with her service in handling the whole process of finding occupants (She sourced for 4 sets of different lessees for our consideration) and renting it out smoothly. Kudos to her service!
