    Comments by customer I am a seller, my Property Agent is Issac Ng , he is a very responsible, knowleadgeable, friendly and provide excellence service person. My house 1st viewing was on 1 Jun 2022, at that time Issac has committed that my flat is able to sell out within two months. On 7 Aug 2022, my flat has successfully sold out at S$343,00.00 highest selling price among the 3 Room Flat Type within my neighborhood. With Issac quick response and excellence service-oriented attitude, my flat resale is totally completed on 2 Dec 2022. In future, I will recommend Issac Ng to my relatives, friends and family for handling of their housing needs. I am very satisfied with his service.

    Comments by customer I was a bit skeptical when Isaac showed me his track records on the high prices he had achieved for his past sellers. I was planning to market my unit slightly above the SRX indicative value. However after analysing and going through his marketing plans for me, Isaac proposed that we could try to position the pricing at an even higher amount. I would have gain much lesser from the sales proceeds if I did not engaged him. Not only did he sold my unit at the highest psf in the whole development, he sold it at $75,000 higher than my neighbour. It was never easy. We conducted many viewings and had several rounds of failed negotiations before finally nailing the price. I am thus very convinced and impressed with his work. Isaac is a guy full of drive and commitment. Engage him if you are looking for an agent cos he delivers results!
