She provided me with clear feedback and proposed a fresh approach, which included proper staging and significantly more exposure, such as boosting the listing with weekly turbo ads. Jasmine, together with Angel, took the initiative to have my house staged beautifully??at no cost to me. This effort immediately made a difference, attracting more interest and drawing in serious buyers. They didn??t just list the property; they rolled up their sleeves and went above and beyond. From coordinating defect checks and liaising with contractors, to cleaning up the unit, filming quality videos, and maximizing exposure??they took care of everything. I spoke with Jasmine in April 2024 about selling my 4-room HDB flat. By June 2024, Jasmine felt the timing was perfect to start marketing the flat. I remember she came over with her teammate, Angel, on a Friday afternoon to take photos of the house. To my surprise, she told me that two families would be viewing the house on Sunday! Amazingly, one family decided to buy the house after just one viewing. Not only is Jasmine a well-known expert with vast experience as a property agent, but she is also incredibly positive and proactive.
