We had a 1 1 flat on a small project to sell and many seller in our project took a long time to sell their unit during COVID. Our original encounter with another agent for 3 months exclusive contract was unpleasant. ( It was only 1 viewing after we chase the agent). We got Normans contact from our neighbor.
