    Comments by customer Phyllis has redefined the meaning of a sincere and very knowledgeable RES! She goes beyond many extra miles! We were the buyers and Phyllis was representing the sellers. From the first viewing - which happened on her birthday, she was still went ahead with my request for the viewing at 10pm! - to conveying our offer to the seller and finally closing our offer at an ideal price for both the sellers and us the buyers! We were very comfortable throughout the entire viewing, negotiating and closing journey. Although she was representing the sellers, we could feel her sincerity and professionalism to perform her job well. It was extremely smooth and hassle free because she advised and planned ahead for both her sellers and us! We were so impressed with her service and professionalism that we engaged her to market this same unit (with the permission from the seller) and she managed to secure the tenants EVEN before we completed the transaction!!!! Even today, many months after the completion and our tenants have moved into our unit, she continues to ensure the well-being of both tenants and us! KUDOS TO PHYLLIS!!!!
