He and her partner Sally also helped us to secure interested tenant within a short period of time and also gave us additional advice like providing some welcome gifts to the tenants to encourage good relations with the tenants. In fact this is the 2nd deal of buying from the resale market and the reason why i chose David Teng is his display of Professionalism, customising the need of buyer and the power of Nego with the Seller and working with Co-Seller and agent. Indeed had been a tough time for me during my personal downs, David had constantly updated and ensured my application for OTP/ HLE and other resale processing were met and planned out in accordance to the stipulated timing and stages. His work ethics is strong and always ready on his phone to resolved difficulties on any issue related to resale matter, I am indeed lucky to have David Teng representing me as Buyer and not to mention Candy Lye for representing Seller to fulfill this transaction under COMPX230403354, and wouldnt had deal in such a successful time without their dedication to their client in this matter.     Comments by customer David has been a wonderful agent, and I am glad to have the sheer dumb luck of being able to find someone as capable and friendly as him. Based on his immense industry knowledge, he was able to provide us with important information about the market and steer us in the right direction. We were quite interested in a property that would have been great for living but not for investing. Knowing that our priority was on capital appreciation, David explained to us that while he would be happy to support us if we wanted to go ahead with it, but it may be worth considering a different property given our priorities. Indeed, a few months later, we came across an undervalued property that was more suitable for us. When we were ready to proceed with the purchase, David understood that it was very important that the paperwork be completed as soon as possible, and he was happy to stay out late with us to ensure that we could go through and fill up the documents. Throughout the entire transaction, we had zero worries as we were very sure that we were in good hands. David tends to be a little more reserved, but he always chimes in where necessary. We are amazed at the amount of professionalism and chemistry that David and Gina share and loved interacting with them. Most of all, they go above and beyond for their clients. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market! We literally do not have enough characters here to compliment them, so to summarize: highly recommended!

    Comments by customer For A Edgefield Plains I got to know David Teng and Gina Lim when I was doing window shopping for new condo They did not turn their back on me after knowing that I still owned a HDB unit but still invested their time explaining the risks and benefits to me I was indeed impressed with their attitude and professionalism It turned out that they are very well versed with the property market Because of their sincere attitude vast and deep knowledge in the property market I decided to engage them to sell my HDB Both of them were extremely patient and efficient during the entire process David managed to close the deal at a lightning speed during COVID HA period In such a challenging time they helped to sell my unit at a price that made me smile Both of them had made lots of efforts in making sure that my requirements were met I will definitely recommend David and Gina to anyone who is looking to sellbuy property Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable
