Comments by customer I was initially skeptical of getting my newly purchased unit to be in a state for it to be ready to be marketed for rental, and actually getting it rented out all within 3 months. Syarif did a fantastic job in helping us to coordinate with the renovation contractor, home appliances vendors, cleaners, utilities providers, internet service providers etc. for us to achieve our targets. We appreciate that he would always check with us first before making any major decisions on our behalf. He also within a short period of time managed to garner a decent list of potential tenants for us to consider. With his careful screening of tenants and detailed recommendations, we were very happy to have 2 tenants for the rooms that we wanted to rent out. Its been a few months now, and there has not been any major issue or complaints from the tenants. As a buyer is based overseas, I am extremely fortunate to have a truly responsible property advisor who does not need any prompting when it comes to providing follow-up service. He stayed on top of the progress of the transaction and provided me with prompt updates and pertinent lookaheads. As Syarif had carefully planned all the processes, I was only required to be in town a couple of times to do the needful in person.
