Im fortunate to have kerin to do my apartment rental. She is professional and detailed. Sincere and helpful to my despair. My apartment flooring was damaged due to seepage and poor maintenance works by the condo.
Yet Kerin aid and helped me out in finding the right repair man and modify my unit that would eventually attract new tenants. We got to know Ashlyn by chance when I saw her name on a banner on a house she had sold. Some months later, eventhough we had no intention of engaging another agent to sell our home, she reached out via a text to ask if she could meet with us and represent us in selling our home - and she did just that! Out of the 3 agents representing us, Ashlyn had the most leads and weekly buyers. Her follow up was thorough, her professionalism and knowledge was evident in her ways of bringing buyers through. Although it took us almost a year to sell our place and we had thoughts of giving up, Ashlyn continued to push forward (wtihout the feeling of being pushy) and encourage us to keep trying.
