Darrell helped us sell our first property, and honestly, the whole process was much smoother than we expected. He was always quick to reply, kept us updated throughout, and it was clear that he really knew what he was doing. From marketing the unit to identifying the right pool of buyers and handling negotiations, he guided us every step of the way.
What stood out was his negotiation skills. He managed to secure a deal at the price we were hoping for, and we were really pleased with the outcome.
Even after the sale was completed, he continued helping us with our rental search. He personally drove us around to view different properties, which was something we really appreciated as it made the process much easier for us.
What I am most grateful for, though, was what happened at the end of our tenancy.
