I would like to commend Ho Li Kai for the following help he rendered to my rental unit :
1. He took initiative to update my inventory without me asking
2.i had an issue of complain by neighbour on aircon condensation at the said unit. Li Kai acted on the complain immediately, visited the affected unit. The neighbour was abusive and hostile but Li Kai maintained his cool and professionalism. He tried his best to resolve the issue.
I am convinced that Li Kai will impressed his clients by his warmth, dedication towards the good of them. I wish to thank Li Kai for his excellent service and wish him all the best in property line. Kudos to Li Kai!

I rarely write reviews, but I genuinely felt my agent deserved one for the excellent service she provided throughout my recent tenant handover and new rental process.
Even though she was not the original agent who rented out the unit previously, she handled the handover very professionally and thoroughly. She carefully checked the condition of the house, pointed out areas that were still not properly cleaned, highlighted items that were not functioning, and even worked from an inventory list prepared by my previous agent. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how responsible she was in protecting my interests as a landlord.
After that, she proceeded to market the unit again and managed to secure a new tenant in less than a week and at an even better rental price than what I had listed for myself. I was initially asking for $3,500, and she successfully achieved $3,600 for me.
She also patiently guided and assisted me with the HDB approval process and online applications, which Im honestly not very good at handling myself. Her support throughout made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, Im very thankful for her dedication, efficiency, honesty, and professionalism. Its rare to find an agent who is both detailed and genuinely caring about the clients property. Highly recommended.
