I never dreamed that I, having lived in Korea my whole life, would be buying a home in Singapore. After meeting with several agents and viewing numerous properties, Isaac was the one who most perfectly met all of our needs.
Through this process, I realized once again just how meticulous and demanding Korean buyers can be when choosing a home. Despite our long list of about 10 complex requirements (I cant even remember them all now! lol), Isaac tirelessly searched for properties that checked every single box.
Our main criteria included:
Natural light and ventilation, a building age of under 20 years, proximity to the MRT, middle floor or higher, minimal renovation needed, a functional layout, an unblocked view, and even the profile of the previous occupants (based on our personal preferences).
Even after we found a place that fit our criteria, whenever we asked to see just one more house, Isaac always responded with a smile. I felt truly grateful for his consistency, knowing he must have worked so hard to keep up with such demanding buyers.
What was especially reassuring was how he took care of everything from A to Zfrom the issuance of the OTP to the final completion and the moment we received the keys. As someone unfamiliar with Singapores real estate laws, having him treat the process as if it were his own business was a huge relief.
