I engaged Yixian to help me with my property purchase and honestly it was a very smooth experience.
He took the time to understand what I was looking for, my budget and my concerns, then helped me assess the pros and cons objectively. Sometimes I overthink quite a bit, but he was patient enough to explain things multiple times until I understood.
He is also very responsive. Whenever I had questions, even after office hours, he would usually get back to me quite quickly. During the negotiation and purchase process, he kept me updated so I never felt left in the dark.
What stood out to me was that he genuinely looked out for my interests. He would point out things that I might have missed and wasnt afraid to tell me when a unit didnt make sense for me. Nowadays not easy to find agents who are willing to do that.
Even after I collected the keys and moved in, he still checked in and helped with a few matters. Small thing maybe, but it shows that he cares about the client and not just closing the transaction.
Overall, if youre looking for someone trustworthy, patient and easy to work with, I would definitely recommend Yixian. Steady guy, no hard selling, and someone who will really take the time to understand what you need.
