has helped me manage my tenants and rent out my apartment for almost 10 years now. I have never thought of getting any other agents to help me as overtime, I have built trust and faith in her abilities, judgement and sense of responsibility in helping me rent out my apt.
Ferlicia has always been very prompt in responding to my tenants needs and my requests as landlord, and has been very professional, systematic, diligent and meticulous in her work (including paperwork).
She always manages to find replacement tenant of good quality quickly and before the lease ends. She would not hesitate to co-broke even if it means she would need to share the commission with her partnering agent, so that the apt would not be left vacant without a tenant, which will be a lost of income to the landlord. Also, before the current least ends, she has the initiative to follow up with the tenant in advance and worked towards getting the lease extended successfully.
At the end of each lease, Ferlicia would check my apt thoroughly and advise me on repairs and would source for contractors to do so. Some of the works were not straightforward and required co-ordination and monitoring over time. She always sees to the completion of the repair works are done to satisfaction.
Ferlicia would also send me prompt updates of the repairs with videos or photos of repairs done.
I am grateful and very thankful to Ferlicia for her good work done.
