Selling my 4-room HDB was not a small thing for me. There were so many steps and so many forms to sign, honestly quite overwhelming. My children were busy with their own families, so most of the time it was just me trying to figure things out. Thats where Andy came in.
He was very patient with me and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. I kept asking the same questions about the OTP, the HDB resale process, and what happens at the completion appointment.
Everytime, he would explain slowly and clearly until I really understood. Not just touch and go, he made sure I was comfortable before moving on.
What I appreciate the most was he actually came down to my house the evening before the HDB completion day. He went through everything with me, what to bring, what to expect, step by step. This kind of thing really means a lot. I was nervous, but after his visit I felt so much more at ease.
The whole process went smoothly. I honestly could not have done it without Andys guidance and support. Very responsible agent, very caring.
