I had used many agents whilst renting out my unit for the past 18 years. Raynard is the only who will really screen the good tenants for me. He made sure the profile of the tenant matched my expectations and turned down those he felt were not too good a fit. He also took the trouble to see to all nitty gritty issues and I dont need to go through the hassle of resolving myself. My last agent before Raynardtook the commission and disappeared. No service at all. Raynard is also an extremely responsible and punctual agent. Very friendly and honest. No overcharge me when he helped to maintain the house. There is always an invoice from supplier/contractor. If I find the cost too high, he will quickly source for another cheaper supplier. He really put in efforts for his clients!
