Where do I even start with Zulkarnaen? Going into this property journey, I knew I was going to be THAT client - an overthinker with 1,001 questions, yet lazy when it comes to admin and all the nitty gritty details. And Zul handled ALL of that. He understood what we wanted and sourced properties that fit our specific criteria AND what we could comfortably afford. He even fetched us from home and sent us back for EVERY. SINGLE. VIEWING. What I appreciated most was that he never let us settle for good enough. After each viewing, he made us weigh the pros and cons and revisit our Top 3. Even when we thought we found the one, he made sure it was truly right for us and not something we chose because we were tired of looking. Funny enough, we eventually bought a property we hadnt even considered! Throughout the process, Zul patiently explained the financial aspects, handled the admin I would have happily procrastinated on, and researched the propertys prospects against our future financial plans. That says everything. He wasnt trying to close a deal; he was genuinely looking out for us and helping us make one of the biggest financial decisions of our lives with confidence. We started thinking we knew what we wanted. Turns out, we didnt. But we ended up with a home were excited about and an agent well definitely call again. Thank you, Zul.
