After working with different agents thus far, I must say that Hazel is the best property agent I have met so far. She is attentive to details and provides professional advice on property matters. She helps me to screen through the potential tenants and their profiles based on my requirements and will weigh the pros and cons for my consideration. Unlike other agents who are pushy and just want to close deals asap, she takes time to explain, always keeps me updated and makes sure I am comfortable with the offer. She also helps to search and link me up with different contractors to rectify the defects left behind by ex-tenant, saving me time to search for these contacts on my own. She even sacrifices her personal time to help me supervise the contractors and quality of their work. She is really serving with her heart and beyond what is required of her.
