I had a really positive experience working with Serene and Andrew while looking for an apartment in Singapore.
I was overseas for much of the search, which could easily have made the whole process difficult, but they made it surprisingly straightforward. Andrew actually attended viewings on my behalf and walked me through the apartments over video, checking the small things I wouldnt have been able to assess remotely. He was also very candid about the negatives of each unit rather than simply trying to close a deal. At one point he even checked things like the rubbish chute and potential smells in the apartment because those were concerns I had.
We went through a lot of listings before finding the right place, and both Serene and Andrew were patient throughout. They helped with shortlisting, viewings, negotiating the lease terms, coordinating with the landlord and handling the paperwork. I never felt pressured to take a particular unit, and their advice changed as we learned more about the different options, which I really appreciated.
Eventually they helped me secure a place Im very happy with, and the whole process felt much easier because I knew I had people on the ground looking out for my interests.
