She went extra miles to coordinate with our contractor , purchase kitchen appliance and also making sure everything in the house is ready for rental. Other than being hands on in helping us with the prepping our home , she is also knowledgeable with the current rental market situation. She knows what tenants look for in renting and manage to get our unit rent out almost immediately. Will surely recommend her to our friends and family when they need any property services .

We??ve met several agents prior to Tracey but none were as responsive and responsible than her!! She is also knowledgeable in her work and most importantly has helped us achieve the price we wanted for the sale of our house. We are now working on buying our dream house but unlike other agents we??ve met previously, she doesn??t chase us to make a decision quickly so as to close a deal. Someone that you can depend on that will ensure that your property is sold at the correct price. She is very focused and know the target market very well. She will also provide regular feedback on the transaction. She is definitely not the type of agent that just try to push the sale and nothing else. She will go the extra mile to work through the details of the whole transaction. Actually I have a very challenging unit for her which is on the 2nd floor and facing the power station, but she had never once given up and do her best to fight for the best price for my unit. I am also super grateful to her in assisting me to secure the sale of my new unit after I sold my house. I had a very tight timeline in moving and she really make miracles happened. Super grateful to her, without her, I dont think I will be able to have such a smooth transaction. As long as you trust Tracey with your unit, theres nothing else you need to worry about as she will do her 300% best to see the transaction through. Thanks Tracey!
